I am back to my beautiful and beloved Florence (Firenze in Italian), at least, for some time. And I want to celebrate this by sharing with you some of my paintings and sketches that I made here during the last two years.

So, let’s get right into it!

Let's start with some sketches. View of the river Arno from the lower part of its bank, close to ther water. This river is one of my favorite models!
A corner of Piazza della Signoria, one of the most awesome squares, where I like hanging out a lot (though in some months there are tooo many tourists 🙂 )
Watchtower down the Piazzale Michelangelo. One of my favorite models too 🙂
Piazza (square) Santa Maria Novella

And here are paintings.

Two of my watercolors that I completed "last year" (that is, this last spring 🙂 ). One above is a view to hills surrounding the city from my window in a rainy day. And below is again river Arno, emerged from a quick "snapshot" from life and later elaborated at home.
Acrylics. A courtyard view from a window of my school, which I attended here to improve my painting techniques. I was fascinated with this "natural compositon" of plants and windows and finally moved on and painted it!
View of the river Arno close to the edge of the city - a part where I usually live. This was stared in late spring of 2018 and then I finalized it by elaborating and adding some accents last spring.

And now some more sketches and drawings!  Click / tap on the image to see it in bigger size

To be continued!
